My Shell Go+ transactions have not updated properly so I have not been awarded my visit. What should I do?

If this happens please delete and reinstall the app to see if your visit counter has been updated. If this doesn't work please get in touch with our customer service team via live chat at www.goplus.shell.com with a picture of the receipts showing your transaction for your missing visits.
